The city renumbered its streets in 1899 using the hundred block system (see Crandall 1899 City Engineering Map).
1910 Sanborn: main block of building has a shingle roof, with a 1-story open porch with a metal or slate roof recessed into the northwest (front) side, a 1-story section with a shingle roof across the east (back) side, with a 1-story section with a shingle roof perpendicular to it on the northeast (back) corner [possibly a woodshed? - there are no other outbuildings]
