Earlier street address 31 N Meadow St.
The city renumbered its streets in 1899 using the hundred block system (see Crandall 1899 City Engineering Map).
Main block of building has a shingle roof, an open porch (no stories specified) recessed on the northwest (front) side, a 1-story section with a metal or slate roof on the southeast (back) side, a 1-story section with a shingle roof on the east (back) side, with a 1-story open porch with a metal or slate roof on the northeast (back) side.
