This map from August 1912 is of the initial subdivision plans by Samuel Latimer Boothroyd for the new area, known as Halcyon Hill, located off the road that was to become Warren Road.  The map laid out 8 lots.  Only seven house numbers were ever used, because Lots 6 & 7 were used for a single dwelling

Evidence for house numbers (as applied starting around 1952), using early sales deeds for the lots laid on Halcyon Hill in the 1912 map.
