Earlier street address 45 Wheat St (see 1893 Crandall map sheet 24 which appears to have been updated after the 1899 map).
The city renumbered its streets in 1899 using the hundred block system (see Crandall 1899 City Engineering Map).
Wheat Street was renamed Cleveland Ave in 1908.

Description:
This is a 2-story, L-shaped, vinyl sided residence with a front facing gable and a 2-story wing. An enclosed porch has been constructed across the front of the wing and protrudes out beyond the gabled front of the building. Most windows have been replaced and are a single plate of glass.
