"Three-story, six-bay wide, six-bay deep, red brick, Greek Revival commercial building; street-level facade retains two remodeled display window storefronts incorporating earlier cast iron piers; recessed storefront entries; entrance to the upper stories set between storefronts; crown molding and decorative brick mousetooth course between first and second stories; upper stories retain rectangular windows, stone lintels and sills, and historic two-over-two and one-over-one sash; brick frieze and pressed metal comice mns along roofline. Connected on the interior to 106 West State Street (see note for 106 West State Street).
