Description

The building originally on this property was the was the Munn-Stowell house, "the first brick residence in Ithaca," built 1830, and acquired by the International Order of Odd Fellows in 1904. In 1965 the buildings at 310 and 314 North Cayuga were torn down and replaced by a single building which housed the Tompkins County Public Library until 2000.
