“Ithaca Loan Finance Inc. will move into a brand new building at 127 W. State St. Wednesday—the first tenant in the William A. Dillon Properties Corp’s newest structure.
The 25 by 80 foot, two-story building was designed by Richard E. Metzger, architect, of 111 Eastwood Ave.
Two driveways will service the 9,000-square-foot parking lot to be used by the company’s customers.
A pair of new features mark this latest addition to the Ithaca skyline: A Drive-In-Teller window which will enable a customer to transact business without leaving his car, and the 30-foot high blue pylon. Civic organizations will use the sign to announce their programs.”
