This is a 2-story, asbestos shingled residence with a front facing gable. The front porch has been enclosed to create additional living space. A deck has been added above the original front porch. Most windows are 1/1 double-hung sash.
Established African-American occupancy/ownership during the period of significance: 
1880 – Peter Washington, porter 

1910 Sanborn: one story porch on nw and front porch and small east porch/entranceway; 532 1/2 in back carriage house; shingle roof
