This 1½-story, mid-19th century residence with front facing gable has been converted into a lodge for the Henry Highland Garnet Masonic Lodge. There are wood frame additions at the rear, which first appear on the 1910 Sanborn map, and a 1-story brick addition on the front. The building has been re-sided a number of times and asbestos shingles and aluminum siding are both present on the frame sections of the structure.
