"William J. Fahey, 74, of 409 S. Aurora St. died Friday evening, March 18, 1966, in Tompkins County Hospital after a short illness. A life resident of Ithaca, he was the son of the late John and May O'Neil Fahey. He had retired from the National Cash Register Co., where he worked for 15 years. Prior to that, Mr. Fahey had worked at the Ithaca Daily News and later the Ithaca Journal as Sports editor and telegraph editor. He wrote a column - 'A Little of This and a Little of That.'"
