"Earland D. Mancini, 88, of Hidden Pines Dr., Newfield, died Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Cayuga Medical Center.
  He was born October 16, 1923 in Somers, MT, son of Margaret Mancini who survives him and the late Paul Mancini. Earland was a graduate of the Immaculate Conception School and Ithaca High School and served with the United States Army during World War II. Following his discharge from the Army Earland joined the family business, Paul Mancini & Sons and was with the business until he retired as co-owner in the mid 1990's. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 63 years, Johanna Mancini; his brother, Robert Mancini; his sister, Julia (Tony) Augustine; daughter-in-law, Sharry Mancini; his granddaughters, Alaina, Megan and Angela (Joe), two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his son, Joel Mancini and sister-in-law, Mary Mancini."
