"Mrs. Pearl Lorana Wilson, 78, of McGraw House, 221 S. Geneva St., Ithaca died Wednesday July 4, 1979 in Tompkins County Hospital after an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late William and Sarah Simpson Johnson. She was born in Ithaca. 
Mrs. Wilson was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where she served as a Church Mother. She was a life member of the Daughters of I.B.P.O Elks – Cayuga Temple, 54; a life member of American Legion Auxiliary Post, 1659; and a member of Ithaca Senior Citizens. She was the widow of Archie Wilson who died in 1954.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. LeRoy (Anita) Reed and Dorothy Rollins, both of Ithaca; and Mrs. Richard (Marjory) Miller of Newfield; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren."
