"Mrs. Gertrude V. Wye, 45, wife of John C. Wude, died Saturday evening at the family residence, 127 East Green street, following a few days' illness of pneumonia. She was born in Winchester, Va., and had resided in this city for the past 25 years.
Surviving are her husband and one daughter, Miss Estella Wye of Ithaca; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Edicts of Philadelphia, Pa., Miss Ida Gray of Washington, D.C.; and Mrs. George Fletcher of New York; one brother, John I Gray of Washington, D.C.; a niece, Miss Etta Dees of new York; and a nephew, John L. Gray of New York.
