Marriage of Sarah Barkdoll and Carl Pratt on Feb 22 1936
The Ithaca Journal, Mar 27 1936, P. 4. Col. 3

 "The marriage of Miss Sarah Barkdoll, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carey Barkdoll of Forest Home, and Carl Pratt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Pratt of Lydonville[sic], Feb. 22 is announced today. The Rev. B Frank Tobey performed the ceremony at the Danby Congregational Church.
  Mr. and Mrs. Pratt will reside in Ithaca."

Note: The Pratts lived in Lyndonville, Orleans County, NY.

"Carl K. Pratt, 79, of 130 Worthy Ave., Medina, formerly of Roosevelt Highway, Barker, died Sunday afternoon at his home.
  He was born Jan. 11, 1909 in Lyndonville, a son of the late Harry and Cora (James) Prat. He had owned and operated the GLF Store on the County Line Road in Lyndonville for 30 years, until the mid-1960s when he went to work for the Curtis-Burns Co. in Bergen as a field man. He retired in 1983.
  He was a member of the Medina Loyal Order of the Moose and the Senior Citizens of Western Orleans County Inc.
  He was predeceased by his wife, Sarah M. Pratt in 1986.
  Survivors include one daughter, Mrs: Louis (Nancy) Pratt-Juliano of Lockport; a son; Gary (Donna) Pratt of-Dallas, Texas; five grandchildren, Danny Smith of, Lockport, Charlene Smith-Cohen of: Lockport, Lee Smith of Lockport, Tracy Smith of Olcott, and J.D. Brock-Pratt of Dallas; three great-grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Smith, Jamie Lee Smith and Michael Rackiewicz, all of Lockport; one niece, Mrs. Pearl Brandl of Lockport; one nephew, Roger Pratt Harrison of Lyndonville, and a very dear friend, Marge Simsik of Lyndonville.

Burial will be in West Ridgeway Cemetery."
