Obituary for Vinette Hoover Jordan (Widow of Cornell Man)

  "Vinette Hoover Jordan, 80, widow of Prof. Riverda Harding Jordan of Cornell, died Oct. 26, 1958, of bronchial pneumonia in Pueblo, Colo.
    Professor Jordan was professor of education at Cornell from 1921 to 1941 and professor emeritus for several years thereafter.
    His son, Richard H. Jordan, graduated from Cornell in 1933 and received the MA degree in 1939. From 1940-42 he was an assistant in the department of education at Cornell.
    Mrs. Jordan will be buried Wednesday morning in St. Joseph, Mo. Arrangements are in the care of the Meier-Hoffer-Fleeman Funeral Home in St. Joseph."
