"Muriel Dudley LaCelle died Tuesday, January 7, 1997 at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca. She was born January 27, 1910 in Bath, NY.
She was predeceased by her husband Adolph LaCelle and her brother Philo Dudley. Mrs. LaCelle is survived by her sister, Roberta Jacobs and sister-in-law Lois K. Dudley, both residents of Florida.
Mrs. LaCelle graduated from Elmira College and then took nurses training. She worked at New Haven Hospital, New Haven, Connecticut, and Brooklyn Hospital in New York City before being recruited as head nurse at the Biggs Sanitarium in Ithaca.
She subsequently assisted her husband in his dental practice in Ithaca."
