"Mr. and Mrs. Charles Snow of Willow Point announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Sally Ann Snow, to I. Earl Cortright, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Cortright of the Inlet Valley Rd.
Miss Snow was graduated from Ithaca High School, Class of 1950.
Mr. Cortright was graduated from Ithaca High School, Class of 1949, and is associated with his father in business.
No date has been set for the wedding."
Note: Willow Point is the name given to a section of Lake Road (later East Shore Drive). House numbers on East Shore Dr in 2025 that correspond to Willow Point run approximately from 1002 to 1137 and 1138, which are at the border between the Town of Ithaca and the Town of Lansing. The area north of that, in the Town of Lansing, is sometimes called McKinneys.
