Obituary for Lillian M. Holman

"Mrs. Lillian M. Holman of 915 E. Shore Drive, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening, May 6, 1959, at her home after a short illness. Earlier this year she had been a patient in Tompkins County Hospital for about seven weeks.
A graduate of the Harper School of Beauty Culture at Rochester, she was owner and manager of a beauty parlor in the 200 block of N. Aurora St., before retiring several years ago.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence J. Holman; a sister, Mrs. Celia Newton of Bainbridge; a niece; a nephew; an uncle and an aunt.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Herson Funeral Home, 110 S. Geneva St.
Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery."
