Army Hospital Doctor (Dr. Saul B. Appel) Opens El Paso Office

"Dr. Saul B. Appel, who has been stationed at William Beaumont Army Hospital for the last two years, has opened an office in El Paso for the practice of internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases.
A native of New York, Dr. Appel attended Cornell University and received his M. D. from New York University College of Medicine. He did graduate work at the New York University Bellevue Medical Center.
He served with the Army Medical Corps in the Far East for one year and came to William Beaumont in August, 1952, where he was chief of the cardiovascular service and assistant chief of the department of medicine."
