Obituary for Irving J. Potter

"Irving J. Potter, 68, of the Ithaca-Varna Rd., Ithaca RD 2, died early today, Nov. 11, 1950, at his home, after a short illness.
  He was superintendent of the Cornell Orchards for 27 years, retiring in March, 1943, and was a member of the Ag-Jolly Club.
  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pheba Carey Potter; a son, Martin I. Potter; a grandson, Martin I. Potter Jr.; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Winburn and Mrs. Benjamin Bliven of Phelps; a brother, Frank Potter of Ithaca RD 2, and several nieces and nephews."
