Obituary for Mary Louise Patton

 "Mary Louise Patton, age 86. a longtime Ithaca resident, died April 4th, 2000. Mrs. Patton was born November 13, 1913 in Deer Lodge. MT and was the daughter of the late Warren M. and Mary Elizabeth (Astle) Trask.
  Educated through high school in Deer Lodge, she graduated from Montana State College in Bozeman. MT in 1935. In 1938, she married Dr. Robert L. Patton, a college classmate and a researcher at the Cornell Experiment Station in Geneva. A year later Dr. Patton joined the Cornell faculty and they moved to Forest Home. During the Second World War they lived in Chicago, returning to Ithaca in 1945. She was active in the community and a member of St. John's Episcopal Church.
  Survivors include her husband: two sons, James L. and Robert W.; her granddaughters, Elisabeth Freeland, Susana Patton-Rich and Catherine Patton and her great-granddaughter, Abigael Rich."
