"Leslie Bemont, 76, passed away Friday, July 4. 2003. He was predeceased by his parents, Leslie Herbert and Isabel (Bull) Bemont; and a brother, Donald Bemont. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Susie (Lantos) Bemont: son, Thomas David Bemont, son and daughter-in-law, Donald Richard and Patricia (Haines) Bemont; as well as grandsons, Sean Michael and Andrew Leslie Bemont. Leslie was an employee at GAF, which was later known as Anitec and International Paper. He was also a member of the Naturalists Club of Broome County."
