And to all persons interested in the estate of Rachel Martin late of Dryden Tompkins Co NY deceased, as creditors, legatees, next of kin or otherwise, send greeting.
You and each of you are hereby cited to appear before our surrogate in Surrogate’s Court in and for the county of Tompkins, at his office in the city of Ithaca, NY on the 29th day of March, 1909, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, to show cause why the accounts and proceedings of J Dolph Ross, as surviving administrator of the goods, chattles, and credits of Rachel Martin, deceased, should not be finally, judicially settled as filed and the said administrator discharged…”
