"BERKSHIRE
BERKSHIRE, FEB. 23 - clipping - hand dated 1927 - newspaper unknown
Wert W. GOODRICH went to Ithaca Monday evening expecting to have his tonsils removed Tuesday morning. The doctor used a local anesthetic and had removed one tonsil when Mr. GOODRICH went into convulsions and died. Undertaker Sydney SMITH went for the body and brought Mr. GOODRICH to his home Tuesday night. Mr. GOODRICH is survived by his wife, six daughters, Marjory, Dorothy, Ruth, Mary, Jane and Jean; also one brother, Chauncey who has always made his home there. Mr. GOODRICH was member of the Speedsville grange and highly esteemed by every one. The bereaved family have the sympathy of every one.
