"Benjamin Vann, 71, of 602 Cascadilla St., died Friday night, April 3, in Tompkins County Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Vann; two sons, Benjamin Jr. and Robert, both of Ithaca; three daughters, Mrs. Albert Stone, Mrs. Clarence Seitz and Miss Georgia Vann, all of Ithaca; several grandchildren; and a brother Samuel Vann of Slaterville Springs.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 6, in the Van Order Funeral Home, 511 W. Green St. Burial will be in Burdette Cemetery."
