"Charlotte R. Burlew, 83, of Ithaca, passed away early Monday morning, August 21, 2000 at her home. She was born in Trumansburg, on September 27, 1916 the daughter of William and Mabel (Viera) Donahue.
She is survived by a sister, Winifred Donahue, Ithaca; a brother, Donald Thomas Donahue, Ithaca; three nephews, James Donahue Sr. and his son James Donahue Jr., Trumansburg, Carl Eaton, Dryden, Stephen Donahue, Boston, MA; and seven nieces, June Hulbert, Dryden, Dottie Hile, Ithaca, Deborah and Robert McIntyre, Ithaca, also Rose, Michelle, Missy and Carol.
Charlotte worked for NCR in Ithaca for many years, and had also been an avid bowler.
Friends are invited to call at Herson Funeral Home, 110 South Geneva St. on Wednesday, August 23, 2000 from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. A graveside ceremony will be held at Snyder Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family."
