She would have celebrated her 100th birthday on October 8, 2003 ... Helen is survived by her nephews, Lyman Baker of Ithaca, William Frederick of Danby ... She was predeceased by her parents, Wilbur and Johanna Loerhrer; husband, Ralph C. Philips; son, Donald E. Philips; brother, Carl S. Baker; and sister, Harriette E. Baker."
