Extracts from obituary for Anton Cudlin in The Ithaca Journal, Dec 10 2003

"Anton Cudlin, 96, of Mecklenburg Road, Ithaca, died Monday, December 8, 2003, at Cayuga Medical Center. Born June 25, 1907 in New York City, he was a son of the late Anton and Aloisi Hajek Cudlin and husband of the late Josephine Nemecek Cudlin who died in 1994.
Mr. Cudlin had been employed as an assembler at Ithaca Gun Company and later owned the Flying A gas station on West State Street. He later moved to California where he was employed by Douglas Aircraft and McCulloch Chain Saw, from which he retired.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his son, Robert R. Cudlin in 2001; brother, Joseph Cudlin; sisters, Mary Cudlin, Ethel Krizek and Ella Vlaha."
