Obituary for Zelia Robinson
The Ithaca Journal, Jul 11 1938, P. 3, Col. 3.

 "Mrs. Zelia A. Robinson, 63, died at her home at 116 Ozmun Pl., this morning, July 11, 1938, She had been ill approximately a year with heart trouble, complicated by a recent illness.
  Mrs. Robinson has lived in Ithaca since 1914 when she came here from New York with her son and daughter to reside with them while they attended Cornell. She later purchased an apartment house at Ozmun Pl, where she made her home in recent years. Active in organizations of the First Methodist Church, she belonged to the Hand in Hand Class, the Ladies Aid, and the Women's Home and Foreign Missionary Societies.
  Besides her husband, Dr. R. L. Robinson of New York, Mrs. Robinson is survived by a daughter, Mrs. J. C. Thomas of Harvey, Ill.; two sons, Dr. L. V. Robinson of New York, and C. S. Robinson of Ithaca; three grandchildren, Harold Robinson, Patricia Robinson, and Robert Thomas; two sisters, Miss Mabel Hughes, Miss Esther Hughes of Cranford, N. J.; an aunt, Mrs. John Vlauson of Mt. Vernon, and a niece, Mrs. Austin Sanborn of Chapman, Kan.
  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Methodist Church, of which she was a member. Dr. Alfred P. Co-man of Syracuse, district superintendent of the Syracuse East district of the Methodist Church and Mrs. Robinson's former pastor here, and the Rev. Dr. Raymond H. Huse will officiate. Interment will be in East Lawn Cemetery."
