“The death of Nestor Lennon, actor, a former resident of this city, occurred in New York on October 14. Mr. Lennon’s family was well known here by the older residents.
Mr. Lennon left here when about 17 years old, to go on the stage. He succeeded in obtaining parts with Barrett and Booth and later appeared with William Gillette, James A. Hearne and Lillian Russell. He leaves a wife and two children, both of whom are in the theatrical profession.”
