Trevor Teele and family lived in Forest Home by July 1939 [see https://ithacajournal.newspapers.com/image/255354143/ ]. According to https://www.fhia.org/free-hollow-to-forest-home-3/ and https://www.fhia.org/free-hollow-to-forest-home-appendix/ Earl Sunderville owned 132-136 Judd Falls Road and lived in 132. In 1951 Ithaca street directory, Delores Smith appears listed between Garland Branch and Arthur J. Masterman (at 124 in 1952 directory). In Cornell's 1950-1951 Directory of Staff, there is a listing for "Smith , (Miss) D. E., Secretary, Engin. Mechanics, 304 W. Sibley. — Forest Home," which might be this individual. The 1949-1950 Directory of Staff has both Miss D. E. Smith and Miss A. L. Howland at 113 Stewart Ave. In the 1950-1951 Directory of Staff, Arlene Howland's entry included c/o Teele. This suggests that the two young women rented an apartment in 131 Judd Falls Rd. The 1975 Building Structure Inventory Form submitted for 131 Judd Falls Rd as part of the application for Forest Home to be a Historic District indicated that Teele remodeled the house into apartments in the 1950s.
