    Enumerator indicates an address of Tower Rd starting at line 10 but did not supply serial numbers. Fred Strawson is listed in Cornell Directory of Students for 1949-50 as "Strawson Fred M 50Ag Dairy Barn X4042". That would be in the house that is near a barn used now for horses [https://tompkins.historyforge.net/buildings/8757]. Other students were listed at the Dairy Barn for the census on a different sheet. In the directory for 1950-51, he is listed at Rice Hall, a non-residential building at 340 Tower Rd originally used for Poultry Husbandry.
