    No house number on census. Indication of street on sheet 88 was Rosemary Lane. Irving Cook was in 1949 Ithaca City Directory (ICD) on Rosemary Lane without a house number, but not in 1951 ICD. In 1950, Irving Cook sold property on Rosemary Lane to Lester Grover (BF138410-001 DEED at Tompkins County Clerks Office), who was listed on Rosemary Lane in the 1951 ICD. in 1930 Cook had acquired (BF102047-001 DEED) Lot 5 on Block C of the Bergholtz Park subdivision shown in 1923 map BF018646-001. When house numbers were given to houses on Rosemary Lane, this lot had the house number 106.
