    This individual was known by different first and last names at various times. In this (1950) census his first name is recorded as Kenneth with middle initial G and last name Carbone. His wife is Caroline and he works at a dry cleaners.. His name in the 1949 and 1951 Ithaca city directories is Gaetano Carbone, with wife Caroline, and working at a dry cleaners (Layton-Holland). A Gaetano Carbone of the right age is in the 1930 census [https://www.historyforge.net/census/1930/3825]. In the 1963 city directory he is listed as Gaetano Carbone, still at 312 N Plain and employed at Wylie's Dry Cleaners. But in the 1940 census he was listed as Kenneth Gaetano and his wife was also given the last name Gaetano. The 1993 obituary for his wife, Caroline H Carbone, at https://ithacajournal.newspapers.com/clip/104397698/obituary-for-caroline-h-carbone-died-se/ uses Kenneth Carbone as his name.
