Listed in 1949 and 1952 Ithaca City Directory on East Remington Rd as "20 William M Tracy 3-2832@" Listed in 1951 ICD as "William M (Elizabeth) prop Bigg Co (Trumansburg) h20 E Remington rd, RD1." In 1954 ICD, neither the name nor the phone number are listed. A 1956 sale of the property includes the sentence, "The dwelling on the above described premises is known as 121 East Remington Road.
    (Formerly designated 20 East Remington Road)."
