Listed in 1949 Ithaca city directory between Sallie Dunn (210) and Helen Knox (who had lived with her sister in the house that became 216 according to https://www.fhia.org/free-hollow-to-forest-home-3/). Owned 214 Forest Home Dr at time of 1950 census. According to Instrument Number BF137981-001 in Tompkins County Clerk's Office she sold 214 Forest Home Dr to Edmund L Pincoffs on 6/10/1950. According to BF127158-001 she acquired 214 Forest Home Dr from Mary J Hart on 10/6/1944.
