- NotesThere is listed in 1940 Ithaca City Directory, a "Kelley, Roland S (Marjorie 0) farm mgr Mrs Mary Warren h Forest Home dr RD2." but the wife for this Roland Kelley is Elizabeth. Ithaca Journal of April 4 1941, p. 5 announces birth of daughter to Mr. and Mrs. Roland J. Kelley of 710 Hanshaw Rd. This address is consistent with evidence in The Ithaca Journal, Feb 04 1943, P.9. Dairymen to Meet at Dryden on Feb 5 1943 with talk by Roland Kelley on "Feeding Dairy Animals." Roland Kelley has experience in managing herds while running trials of different feeds at the Savage Farm near Ithaca. [Note: The Savage Farm was located in the area established as Kendal at Ithaca ~1989.] 1951 ICD has entry for "Highgate Farm Roland J Kelly[sic] mgr dairy 710 Hanshaw rd RD1."
