    Industry is listed as "own account", but worker classification is W (wage worker). No address given. I question whether this belongs with 722 University Avenue. Lucius A. and Mabel A. Waldo are listed in the 1929, 1930, and 1931 Ithaca city directories as living at 110 Triphammer Road. Lucius is also listed in the census as the owner of a $12,000 residence and Louis M. Dennis, at 722 University Avenue, is also listed as the owner of that residence, valued at $18,000. While it could be a double house, with each half owned separately, the 1931 street directory, p486, only lists Louis M. Dennis at 722 University Avenue, followed by the unnumbered "Alpha Chi Rho (under constr.)" A January 9, 2017, Ithaca Voice article on the demolition of 722 University Avenue gives a summary history of the building and a photo (https://ithacavoice.com/2017/01/little-piece-cornell-history-disappears/).
