    There is no 817 West Green Street in the 1919 Ithaca city directory, but the address does appear in the 1921 Ithaca directory. However in 1921, pp294 & 347, Michael (Mike) Tursik Jr. (wife Elizabeth), employed by the Remington Salt Company, is living at 815 West Green Street, Michael (Mike) Tursik Sr. (wife Julia), employed by Cornell University, is living at 817 West Green Street, and there is no 819 West Green Street address. In 1919 Mike Tursik, laborer, is living at 511 North Meadow Street. The census enumerator may have gotten the addresses off, recording 817 for Mike Jr. when it should have been 815, and 819 for Mike Sr. when it should have been 817. Their address are the same (815 and 817) in the 1922 directory, p366, and there is still not 819 West Green Street. There's no other record (at this time) for someone else living at 815 West Green Street
