Address looks like 24 Madison Street-old street numbering system-would likely be 206 or 208 in new numbering system, between 2nd and 3rd Street. Not sure its on Madison, next address on sheet is 26 or 210 Fourth Street, and the following 220 Fourth Street. There did not appear to be a 24 Fourth Street on the 1898 City Engineering map. There is a Thomas Humiston laborer at 306 S Cayuga in the 1899 CD and 501 W Green in the 1901 CD.
