Probably Albert King Hiscock as in Kappa Alpha Record: Centennial Ed., 1825-1925, Being a Record of the Members and Activities of the Kappa Alpha Society at https://books.google.com/books?id=2kVNAAAAYAAJ&pg=PA454&lpg=PA454 . The "History of Kappa Alpha at Cornell University" [https://books.google.com/books?id=2kVNAAAAYAAJ&pg=PA433&lpg=PA433] in the "Kappa Alpha Record: Centennial Ed., 1825-1925, Being a Record of the Members and Activities of the Kappa Alpha Society" says, "The same year [1869], rooms were engaged on the fourth floor of the Finch Block, at the corner of Tioga and State Streets, and there the Society made its home for about eighteen years." The Finch Block included the address 60 E State. Occupation Student, but Attended School box not checked on census.
