    No address, dwelling number, or family number given for Lines 2-5 on census; a note at the top of the page states "Irregular Entries" but this could still be a continuation of Dwelling 638 from sheet 63, which appears to be rooms rented by the Kappa Alpha Society, a Cornell fraternity, at 60 E State st. For this individual, he is listed as "Tripler Harry E., civil engineer, Clinton House" in 1880 Ithaca city directory (14-16 N Cayuga St). We defaulted to that address. A note in the August 14, 1880 Ithaca Journal, p4 mentions that "Harry Trippler" a division engineer on the G. I. & S. Railroad has had his office moved to Towanda, PA.
