“On the site of Ezra Cornell’s original home in Ithaca at Kline Rd and Lake St a modern, 48-unit apartment development is well along in construction.
To be known as Fall Haven Apartments, names for waterfall at the rear, the development will be ready for its first occupants late this summer.
The eight two-story brick buildings will be arranged in a U-shape with a black-topped parking lot in the center. To the rear around the falls will be a picnic area for residents.
Cayuga Development Corp of Syracuse is the owner and builder, John Vasse of Forest City Realty will lease and manage the apartments.”
