Sold from Doane to Rose in 1948, from Rose to Levine in 1952, and from Levine to Covert in 1964. This house was likely damaged during and torn down after the 1969 block fire. The address for this building was found in a 1966-67 telephone book. The approximate location for this building was determined with the aid of a survey map from 1948 when the Rose family bought the home. The Tioga State Bank now partially occupies the former location of this former house.
