This L-shaped house with rear wing has an open gable roof and enclosed hipped-roof front porch was built by William Wescott, father of George Wescott, who was resident for the 1950 census. Windows are two-over-two double hung sash. Decorative elements in the front gable include rows of sawtooth shingles and Queen Anne sash. The house has clapboard siding. At the rear of this property, the land drops off steeply toward Cornell's Mundy Wildflower Gardens and Fall Creek.
This site originally contained a large sand pit. According to Albert Force, William Wescott transported and sold sand from a sandbank between his property and neighboring 117 Judd Falls Road. Some of the sand was used in the construction of Lincoln Hall on the Cornell Campus in 1888. The barn at the rear of the property was used by Wescott to house his team of horses.
A one-story rear kitchen wing was added ca. 1920. The interior was slightly modernized in the late 1960s. A two-story addition to the rear of the house was constructed in 1987.
