Description
This property, previously numbered 410 Hillview Pl, was home to the Luce Family. William A. Luce built a separate cement building behind the house for his dairy business which existed from about 1913-1970. Currently the house is 412 Hillview Pl and the former dairy building, which initially had the same address as the home, is now 410-412 Hillview Pl and contains several rental apartments. The exact year of the street numbering change for each building is unknown.
