Description
114-116-118 Terrace Pl attached with carriage house/dwelling on right and another dwelling on the left.
114-116-118 was incorrectly labeled 114-116-9 on the 1910 and 1919 Sanborn maps. 

Building demolished in 1960 for new Tompkins County Trust Co. employee parking lot. 
"The Tompkins County Trust Co. is having a new parking lot prepared for its employees. The location is on Terrace Pl., with entrance from E. Court St. Three old houses formerly stood on the 75x103-foot plot. The lot is being graded and will be blacktopped. It will provide space for between 20 and 25 cars.... It is expected the new lot will be ready for use in May."
