Gilbert D. Harris founded The Paleontological Research Institution (PRI) in 1932. Its initial location was in a building next to Harris' house.
"From 1932 to 1952, the address of PRI [Paleontological Research Institution] was the same as [Glbert] Harris' residence, 126 Kelvin Place. In June 1952, the official address changed to 109 Dearborn Place and remained so until the Institution moved in 1968."
