Bandhu Fraternity House on 1910 census and in 1911 cd.
Bandhu House was a local Cornell fraternity that purchased Prof JH Tanner's home on The Knoll in 1910.
In 1917 Bandhu Lodge changed its name to Phi Delta Sigma (Source: "Notice," The Ithaca Journal, December 5, 1917, 5)
Phi Delta Sigma continued at this location until 1930 when it became Phi Kappa Tau.
The address is now 106 The Knoll.
