This building was later purchased by Ithaca College and was home to the Delta Sigma Pi fraternity. It was demolished in 1966 following a deadly fire in 1965. (See Randall Shew, "Fire at Fraternity House Kills College Senior," Ithaca Journal, October 28, 1965, 1; "Building Permits," Ithaca Journal, March 9, 1966, 24). It was replaced by a single family residence at
210 Farm St in 1966.
